Before we begin: 3Way FM experts provide free consultation and, when applicable, a site visit before quoting and pricing. We want to make sure we’re the right commercial cleaner for you.

Making a plan: Whether for an office, warehouse, post-construction or any other space, no two cleaning jobs are the same. And so we create a cleaning plan, or audit, specific to your commercial space. Each audit is a plan of at least 44 points documenting the cleaning regimen customized for your facility. For some spaces, our audits have exceeded 1,500 points – we know what to look for and our plans are thorough.

Forming a team: We select a cleaning team appropriate for the size of your site and your needs. Every team includes a site supervisor who is your highly accessible single point of contact. The team spends at least three days at your location for on-site training. We photograph areas, and specific items in those areas, and incorporate them into the audit.

Doing the job: Our cleaning team arrives for work at your commercial space at times and intervals that you define. Many of our cleaning jobs are after hours so as not to disrupt your workday. For 24-hour workplaces, our team is considerate, friendly, and minimizes disruptions. Our staff pays attention to detail and is motivated and driven by care and commitment.

Checking our work: Our team and supervisors are skilled at spotting and solving issues before you have anything to worry about. We conduct weekly or monthly audits based on the dozens-of-points plans and we expect that scores are greater than 90% each time.
